The property's house serendipitously came with a French style home, modelled off the first winery established in Central Otago by the Frenchman Jean Desiré Féraud in the early 1870’s. An ideal nest for the Fourbet’s to return to, ensuring Yannick hasn’t felt uprooted whilst fulfilling their wish to give their boys a place to call home.
