Pale lime straw with clear hues.  The nose shows sweet toasty oak, stone fruit, ripe pear and some elderflower.  The palate is dry with rich sweet pear, pineapple, toasty spicey oak and flinty minerality. It is vibrant with bright acidity. Medium bodied with lovely poise, fine structure and a lingering stone fruit finish.
